How do I place an order?

You must register in our online store, filling in all the information in the most accurate and detailed way possible. Then, just add the items you want to purchase to your cart, selecting the correct color and size (if applicable).

The order is only considered effective after payment.

How long does it takes for the order to arrive?

Delivery time is directly related to the availability of the items in question. You can find the availability of the articles immediately below the name and reference of the same. If you buy items with different delivery times, you should consider the longest.

After the order is completed, can I add more items?

Yes, you can only add items to your order if it has not yet been shipped. To add items to your order, contact us on 216 026 987 - option 1

I placed an order but I want to cancel it, how do I do that?

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in your customer area in the Order history and details tab.


What payment methods are available?

You can make the payment through Multibanco Reference, Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, Paypal, MBWay or Klarna.

I placed an order, paid and want to cancel it. How do I do?

If I buy more than one item, do I get a discount?

The discount is not applied to the quantity of items purchased but according to the total value of the order. Access the table of automatic discounts, by order value, by clicking HERE.


I received my order, but I was not satisfied. Can I return?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not completely satisfied. The article must be in the same condition in which it was sent and not have any personalization.

What is the return period?

You have 30 days after receiving the order to exchange your item.

How is the return processed?

To make your return, you must access Contact us at the bottom of the page and fill in the form, selecting as subject Order Returns. In the message, you must tell us which item you want to return. You will later receive a confirmation from us with the appointment for the collection of the article by the carrier.

Upon arrival of the item at our warehouse and subsequent analysis by the Quality Control team, the refund will be processed by the same payment method or by bank transfer to the IBAN to be indicated.

Am I responsible for the costs associated with the return process?

No, Concept Fardas offers a free collection by return process. You will only be responsible for the before mentioned costs if you make a new return on the same order or if you live in Madeira, Azores or countries of the European Community.


I intend to place a large volume order for models and/or colors that are not shown in the online store. How can I do it?
