Return Policies

If you are not totally satisfied with the products, Concept Fardas allows you to return the item or items within 30 days after receiving the order. To do so, you shoud get through the flollowing steps:

1. Login your account.

2. Press HERE or go to Contact us.

3. Select the subjetc Order returns, select the order number  from the list and write below, wherer it says How can we help? the products you would like to return and the motives for doing so.  

4. Wait for an email from us with instructions. If you live in Portugal - Mainland we will collect the packaging cost free.
If you live in the Portuguese - Islands or in the EU, you should send us the items to the following address:

5. After receiving the items in our wharehouse, our quality control team will validate de conditions of the products to confirm if they are subject to refund which will be issued, if authorized, in aproximately 5 working days to the payment method you chose in the inicial order or to the IBAN yoou should provide. 

Returns will only be considered if:

a) Items are returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached, preferably in the original plastic bag.

b) Items were packed carefully.

c) Items were not subject to customizatiom (ex.:embroidery)

If ou are living in Portugal Mainland, Concept Fardas will collect one return for free. If you would like to return further products from the same order later in time or if you live in Portugual Islands or in any othre EU contry, the shipping costs are at your own expense.

As soon as we receive the return, we will verify if the products meet the criteria above and if so, the refund will be issued in 5 working days.

It the conditions are not met in order do apply for a return, Concept Fardas will send the products back to your address.
