The purchase of our products through the website www.cfardas.pt will be governed by the following terms and conditions:
1. IDENTIFICATION DATA
The website www.cfardas.pt is a domain owned by CONCEPT FARDAS LDA., registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry under the number 508 070 457 and headquartered at Avenida das Nações Unidas 31B, 1600-531, Lisbon.
Concept Fardas sells professional clothing, through the website and trought the physical store in Telheiras - Lisbon.

By browsing the site, the user acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepted the conditions of sale described here:
Service availability
When placing an order on www.cfardas.pt, the user guarantees to be over 18 years of age.
The products offered are distributed throughout the European Community.
Individuals residing outside these countries will only be able to use the online purchase service on this website when the shipping address for the order is located in one of the aforementioned countries or territories.
Product information
The articles offered on this website are a selection of products from the Aesthetics, Catering, Civil Construction, Distribution, Education, Food Industry, Manufacturing Industry, Hospitality, Cleaning, Restaurant and Health collection, and meet the same quality and guarantee requirements as the products offered for sale in our physical store.
Each product is accompanied by the following information:
Article name;
Image(s) of the article;
Article description;
Available sizes and colors*;
Composition;
Price (in the corresponding currency).
*Concept Fardas made an effort to show the colors of the pieces as close to reality as possible. However, the color of the articles that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality or model of your computer monitor or mobile device. Consequently, Concept Fardas cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your monitor or screen are identical to the real color.
Regarding the selection of sizes, they must be confirmed in the tables on each product page. It is further informed that the production tolerance margin, in relation to size dimensions, can be +/- 3% and that cotton garments can undergo, after washing, a natural variation in dimensions of up to 5%, even when properly washed according to the washing instructions on the label.
Items with special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until stock lasts. Concept Fardas also makes the necessary efforts to ensure that the information contained on the website is complete, truthful and correct. If there is any error in the data presented, Concept Fardas will correct it immediately.
Buying process
1. The items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
2. The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, the name, the size, the chosen color and the price in the corresponding currency (taxes included). The price indicated does not include transport, the rates of which will vary depending on the shipping method selected.
3. In order to make the purchase, the user's personal data will be requested, which will be incorporated into our database in order to be able to process the order and facilitate the realization of new purchases through the website. The personal data provided by users will be treated in accordance with what is established in our Privacy Policy. The user may access, at any time, the personal data provided and the information on the orders made.
Concept Fardas reminds users that personal data must be accurately indicated to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item(s) purchased. Once the purchase order has been completed and before confirming it, the user will be presented with a summary of the order, identifying the items purchased, its total price (transport and taxes included) with each of the items listed and shipping details of the order, so that the user confirms it by clicking on the Proceed to Payment button.
Purchases can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX), through PayPal, ATM reference, MBWAY or Klarna. Payment methods other than those specifically provided for in these sales conditions will not be accepted. For payments with MBWAY and credit or debit card, the debit will be carried out online, that is, in real time, through the payment of the corresponding financial institution, as soon as it has been confirmed that the data presented by the user is correct.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website itself, so that the user can, at any time and from the computer or mobile device, follow up on it.
An automatic order confirmation email will also be sent to the address indicated by the user, with a description of the order and the personal data provided for the acknowledgment of receipt. If you do not receive this message, it may be due to a transitory problem with communications on the network or to an error in typing the email address provided. In both cases, Concept Fardas recommends that the user uses the Contact Us menu to clarify the situation with our Customer Support team. The user will also be notified, via email, when the order is sent.
Product availability
All orders are subject to the availability of articles. If, at the time of sending the order, we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the items included in the order, Concept Fardas will try to locate the product in the stocks of our partner manufacturers and distributors. If this is not possible, the customer will be informed immediately. If this situation occurs, the amount of the item charged and not sent will be refunded to the customer, in the following days, by the same means of payment used in the purchase or another to be agreed with the customer.
Right not to accept an order
Concept Fardas may cancel any order or not accept an order already confirmed for the following reasons:
a) In the event of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the prices or in the data of the products found on the website when placing the order.
b) Due to lack of availability, as described above.
c) When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
d) If there are reasons that indicate that the user is a minor.
e) In the event that Concept Fardas cannot deliver the order to the address provided.
Concept Fardas will fully refund the amounts that have already been paid.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Payment and currency
Prices on this website are shown in Euros. Concept Fardas offers its users the possibility to select the country of destination when starting their purchase, so that they can see the prices of the items with the corresponding taxes included. If, later, the customer changes the delivery address, changing the country of destination, the prices shown in the final summary of the order may vary.
Value-added tax
In accordance with current legislation, sales will be subject to VAT, applying Portuguese VAT at the legal rate in force. According to the provisions of the legislation, when the buyer is a VAT taxable person located in an EC Member State, he could apply the “Inversion of the Taxable Person” mechanism, subject to compliance with the requirements established by law. In this case, the operation will be exempt, applying the rule of “Inversion of the Taxable Person” by the customer.
Payment methods
Concept Fardas will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or AMEX), through PayPal, MBWAY, Multibanco Reference or Klarna.
Payment by credit or debit card
Concept Fardas accepts payment for purchases made through its website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. In case the payment method selected by the user is a credit or debit card, the debit will be processed online, that is, in real time, through the payment of the corresponding financial institution, after confirmation that the data presented is correct.
Payment with PayPal
Concept Fardas accepts to process the payment through the Paypal system.
Payment with MBWAY
Concept Fardas accepts payment through the MBWAY system, sending a message to the smartphone associated with the mobile number provided for payment.
Payment will only be validated after confirmation of the operation in the application for this purpose, on the smartphone.
Payment with ATM Reference
Concept Fardas accepts payment through the ATM Reference system. The customer does not need to send proof of payment for the reference as we will be automatically notified by the system.
The customer will have a period of 7 days, counting from the date on which he placed the order, to make the payment. The order will not be considered accepted until payment has been effectively confirmed. If, at the end of the indicated period, Concept Fardas has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.
Payment with Klarna
Concept Fardas allows the customer to pay their order in installments, in three installments, without interest. To do so, the user must register directly on the Klarna platform and follow the instructions given by the application.
Payment security
In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, Concept Fardas uses secure payment systems from first-rate financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, confidential payment data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity, leaving responsibility for the data provided to these same entities.
As a complementary measure to the 'Secure Payment' system and with the aim of helping to prevent fraud via the Internet, Concept Fardas reserves the right to verify the personal data submitted by the customer, as well as to adopt the measures it deems (including canceling the order) so that the purchased goods are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
4. DELIVERY
Items purchased on www.cfardas.pt will be shipped via a national transport company and will be delivered within an approximate period of up to 48 working hours in Portugal, in the case of home delivery or collection at the Store.
For Portugal-Islands, the delivery time will depend on the island of destination and the availability of the carrier.
Home deliveries in mainland Portugal will have no cost for purchases over €100; in the case of orders lower than that amount or to Portugal-Islands, the shipping cost will be from €5.
To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossibility of finding someone at home, etc.), it is essential to correctly fill in the online registration form, and it is also advisable to fill in the space relating to the contact telephone number.
Currently, the tracking of orders can be carried out through Carrier CTT Expresso on the website http://www.cttexpresso.pt/ in the Follow Order field, where it will indicate, at any time, where the goods are located until they are received.
The shipping price is calculated based on the shipping method selected and the items purchased.
The exact shipping price will be calculated when each item is included in the shopping cart and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase, before the customer confirms the order, when clicking on the Proceed to Payment button and before entering the payment.
It is not possible to send orders to military bases or post offices.
Shipping charges can be modified at any time and without prior notice. Such change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and in the contract published on this website. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.
5. RETURNS POLICY
Conditions for returns
If, after receiving the order, the customer is not satisfied with the items purchased, Concept Fardas allows the client to return it within a period of thirty (30) days, counting from the date of the order delivery, only if the item(s) are in perfect condition and without signs of use, in their original packaging (if applicable), unwashed, unworn, odorless and unaltered to its initial shape (eg.: hem, cuff adjustment, etc.).
Concept Fardas cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items.
In case of returning an item, the refund of the amount paid will be processed using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
The refund of the amount paid is processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the order was paid by Multibanco Reference, in which case we will need an IBAN to process the refund. Concept Fardas provides one free return per order, allowing the customer to drop off the items to be returned at the most convenient CTT post office.
The shipping costs for subsequent returns must be borne by the customer.
This free return service in a CTT post office drop off location is not available for Madeira, the Azores, or other countries.
Returns in store
All items can be returned to the Lisbon store.
In the case of returns, a credit note will be delivered to the customer that will serve as proof of said return and the request for credit of the amount will be made to the same payment method or to the IBAN to be indicated by the Customer, within a maximum period of 10 days.
Monetary returns are not made in store.
Returns at a convenient CTT post office:
The return of products purchased on this website can be carried out through the free drop off service at CTT Post Office that Concept Fardas makes available to its customers.
Customers wishing to return via CTT Post Office drop off must follow the following steps:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to the Customer Area --> Order History.
3. In the Order History, identify the order you wish to return and click on the Return option.
4. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. If the payment was made by Multibanco Reference, you must provide your IBAN for the refund. Confirm the operation by clicking Send Request.
5. Place the items inside the shipping package. Personalized items cannot be returned.
6. Attach the return label we sent with your order on the outside of the shipping package.
7. Drop off the package at a CTT post office of your choice.
8. Once the items are received at our facilities and their condition is validated by our quality control, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days to the same payment method used for the order or to the IBAN provided by the customer. Optionally, the customer may return the items at our store in Lisbon. Refunds will not be made in-store; the customer must wait for the standard processing through the original payment method or the provided IBAN.
Returns by mail
If your delivery address is set in Portuguese Islands our Other Countries, the return of the purchased items can also be carried out by regular mail to the following address:

In this case, Concept Fardas advises you to send the return by registered post.
The shipping costs of the items, which you wish to exchange or return by post, will be borne by the customer and in no case will Concept Fardas accept returns sent at collection.
Right of canceling the order
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the purchase of the goods.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the customer has already made use of the items sent. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email):

The customer may also request a model of a withdrawal form via the email [email protected]. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires. We remind you that you must not provide your card details via email, fax or social media.
Consequences of canceling the order
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse the customer for all payments received after the purchase, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional expenses resulting from the customer's choosing a delivery method other than the less expensive normal delivery method offer), without any undue delay and, in any case, up to 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. No additional expenses will be charged as a result of the refund.
Concept Fardas may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of their return. The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which he informs us of his decision to withdraw from the contract. In order to return the goods, the customer can use the services that Concept Fardas makes available: free in-store return, free home collection and return by mail, which will have an additional cost, borne by the customer.

Refunds
As soon as we receive the item(s) in our facilities, we will check if they are in good condition and will send the new requested size, in case of exchange, or will refund the value of the items, in case of devolution.
The deadline for the credit to become effective will be up to 10 days, after delivery of the return at Concept Fardas warehouse. In the case of exercising the right to withdraw from the order, the maximum period for returning the amount paid by the customer for the items will be 10 calendar days, counting from the withdrawal date.
Refunds for returned items will be made using the same payment method or to the IBAN provided by the customer. In the event of Concept Fardas sending, by mistake, an item different from the order or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Concept Fardas, as soon as it has verified the error or defect, will refund the value of the returned item and shipping charges (if applicable). In the event that the customer decides to send the order in error directly by post, he must also send us proof of payment of the shipping costs.
Reimbursement for transport will be made after the reimburse of the articles. In order to refund orders paid through ATM Reference or MBWAY, the customer must provide Concept Fardas with his IBAN. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.
6. DATA STORAGE
The data provided by customers during registration will be used by Concept Fardas solely to process orders, facilitate navigation and the purchase process on the website. In addition, in case of express acceptance by the customer, Concept Fardas will inform you via email about its new collections, lookbooks and exclusive offers.
Concept Fardas guarantees that the data provided by customers will not be shared with third parties or companies outside the company Concept Fardas, Lda.. The personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 15/1995 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

It is expressly prohibited the reproduction, distribution and public disclosure, including the mode of making available, of all or part of the web contents, for commercial purposes, in any support and by any technical means, without the express authorization of Concept Fardas.
The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Concept Fardas. The user may use the website and its contents for his/her personal and private use.
